St. Francis Memorial Hospital, being a community hospital, is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The Board consists of eight-to-ten Trustees elected annually by the members. The Trustees are elected for a two (2) year terms.
The Chief Executive Officer, the Chief of Staff, the President of the Medical Staff, the Chair of the Foundation and the President of the Hospital Auxiliary are Ex-Officio Trustees.
