Did a caregiver, staff member or volunteer make a difference during your time at St. Francis Memorial Hospital? You can recognize them as your Guardian Angel by making a donation today to help St. Francis Memorial with equipment needs and maintain a modern facility. Your Guardian Angel will receive acknowledgement of your gratitude as well as an angel lapel pin to wear proudly through the hospital.
HOW IT WORKS!
- Pick up a Guardian Angel form at the hospital (check the reception area or the foundation office) or donate on line by clicking on the Donate Now button and note that your donation is for the Guardian Angel Program.
- We contact your Angel with the news that they’ve been honoured and they receive their special Angel pin.
- You receive confirmation of the gift and a tax receipt.
