When you create a planned gift today for the St Francis Memorial Hospital, you have a personal and profound impact on the future of your hospital.  Planned Giving is a heartfelt way to ensure the continuation of outstanding patient care for generations to come in our community.

Planned Gifts allow you to structure your gift to maximize tax benefits and achieve personal financial goals and at the same time, provide vital support for the needs of our Hospital.  These gifts can be now (for immediate use) or deferred (arranged now for completion at a future time.) Some planned gifts can even be designated to combine support for the St Francis Memorial Hospital Foundation with life income to the donor.  Each type of planned gift offers particular benefits to the donor while supporting the mission and goals of the Foundation.

There are many ways to make a planned gift, one that might be right for you and your situation.

Your gift can be made today and received today, or it can be planned today and received in the future as a legacy gift.  Gifts can take the form of cash, cheque, or credit card donations or you can leave a bequest to SFMH Foundation in your will, give stocks and securities or make your gift through a life insurance policy or a trust.  By planning your gift, you can safeguard your income and look after the needs of your family, because many of these options can offer increased tax savings.
