With over 30 years of distinguished leadership experience, Suzanne Madore is dedicated to advancing patient care and supporting health care professionals. As President & CEO of Renfrew Victoria Hospital (RVH) and St. Francis Memorial Hospital (SFMH), she focuses on enhancing the health and well-being of the communities served by both hospitals.
Suzanne's career began as a Registered Nurse, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care that continues to shape her commitment to high-quality, patient-centered services. She holds a Master of Nursing, further strengthening her expertise in health care leadership. Suzanne has held several key leadership roles at The Ottawa Hospital, including Clinical Director of the Regional Cancer Program, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Nursing Executive. In these roles, she led initiatives to improve services, optimize operational efficiency, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
A collaborative leader, Suzanne fosters teamwork and accountability while ensuring the needs of the communities she serves are met. Her work has been recognized through numerous accolades, underscoring her passion for creating lasting, positive change.
As President & CEO of RVH and SFMH, Suzanne is committed to continuing to deliver exceptional care, drive innovation, and build strong partnerships to strengthen services for the Renfrew and Barry’s Bay communities.
