Pay Grid: $35.14 - $42.71/hour

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive, high level administrative and organizational support to the Senior leadership team, including being the contact all senior leaders while on site, including the CEO. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Programs and Ambulatory care, the role ensures efficient daily operations, smooth communication, and effective coordination across multiple leadership groups. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing sensitive information with discretion, supporting strategic activities, and contributing to the efficient functioning of both clinical programs and corporate operations.

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in healthcare or a comparable sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

  • This is an on-site position located at the St. Francis Memorial Hospital in Barry’s Bay, Ontario.
  • Standard office environment with regular interaction with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Occasional early morning, evening, or extended hours to support Board or committee meetings.
  • Must balance multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Access to a vehicle for travel throughout the region
