John Swick

John has just recently retired as the Algonquin Park Superintendent after working for over 40 years with the Ontario Public Service in various positions across the province representing the Ontario government's interests.  Through these positions he has gained competence in the fields of natural resource management, indigenous relations and managing parks and protected spaces for the people of Ontario.    As a Senior Manager he brings to the Board strengths in strategic thinking, innovation, negotiation and analytical skills, political acuity and partnership and relationship building experience.

Over the years he has volunteered his time with activities involving his children through sports, dance and education and is looking forward to his continued advocacy of St. Francis Memorial Hospital.
