Admitting and Communication Clerk

Permanent Part Time
Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 OSSD Diploma
  • Medical Office Administration/Medical Terminology Course an asset
  • Above average computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience in electronic charting (EPIC) is an asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Alertness to detect errors and ability to set priorities
  • Ability to perform the duties within the physical demands of the work area
  • Able to maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Meticulous records maintenance skills.

Hours: Shift work (weekends, evenings and call in relief) required
Wages: $25.53 - $26.85
